Erik was formerly a Partner of H&F, having worked as a member of the H&F investment team for over 20 years. He previously led the Firm’s efforts to invest in the consumer, retail and industrial sectors and served as executive sponsor of H&F’s Operating Team. Erik is currently Executive Chairman of At Home Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Snap One Holdings Corp. He also serves on numerous outside boards, including acting as Lead Independent Director of Grocery Outlet Holding Corp, a former H&F portfolio company. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goodman Global, Associated Materials and ABRA Auto Body & Glass and a Director of Caliber Collision, LPL Financial, Sheridan Healthcare and Texas Genco. Prior to H&F, Erik was employed by Bain Capital in Boston and Sydney and worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company in San Francisco.
