Erik was formerly a Partner of H&F, having worked as a member of the H&F investment team for over 20 years. He previously led the Firm’s efforts to invest in the consumer, retail and industrial sectors and served as executive sponsor of H&F’s Operating Team. Erik is currently Chairman of At Home Group and also serves on numerous outside boards, including acting as Lead Independent Director of Grocery Outlet Holding Corp, a former H&F portfolio company. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Snap One, Caliber Collision (and its predecessor ABRA Auto Body & Glass), Goodman Global and Associated Materials and a Director of LPL Financial, Sheridan Healthcare and Texas Genco. Prior to H&F, Erik was employed by Bain Capital in Boston and Sydney and worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company in San Francisco.
