Heidi Melin joined H&F as a Senior Operating Advisor in 2021. Heidi works closely with H&F’s Operating Team and lends years of deep subject matter expertise to drive value creation initiatives across H&F’s portfolio companies, with particular emphasis on go-to-market strategies to drive growth and transformation. Heidi has more than 30 years of experience as a marketing executive, and previously held CMO roles at Workfront, Plex Systems, Eloqua, Taleo, Polycom and Hyperion. Heidi also served as Group Vice President of Marketing at PeopleSoft. Heidi currently serves as a Board Director for SailPoint and Origami Risk.
