Lauren joined H&F in 2022 and specializes in the Firm’s capital markets activities related to new investments and for portfolio companies with a focus on the equity capital markets. Prior to H&F, Lauren was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where she was a member of Global Capital Markets and Head of Americas Technology Equity Capital Markets. Additionally, she worked with Alice Schroeder on her authorized biography of Warren Buffett, The Snowball.
