Brian joined H&F in 2022 and is focused on helping the Firm drive value by improving the organizational and leadership effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Brian worked with Cisco Systems, Samsung, Lucid Motors, McCain Foods and others to help drive impact through Talent initiatives. Brian began his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen and Accenture.
