John O’Brien joined H&F as a Senior Operating Advisor in 2022 and works closely with H&F’s Operating Team. His expertise helps to drive value creation initiatives with H&F portfolio companies, lending years of specific domain expertise in all aspects of go-to-market and sales. John spent 15 years as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President at H&F portfolio company Kronos, and subsequently UKG following the Kronos and Ultimate Software merger. Prior to his tenure at UKG/Kronos, John was Vice President at EMC, where he created and managed the company’s first Global Account & International Sales Division and spent nearly 20 years at Xerox, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Financial Services and Healthcare Vertical Division.
