Sean joined H&F in 2020 and is focused on helping the Firm drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Sean worked as an Operating Partner at Bain Capital in Boston, where he spent over 17 years. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sean worked as a management consultant with Bain & Company.
