Caroline joined H&F in 2018 and rejoined the Firm in 2022 after business school. She is a Director of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) and Global Music Rights (GMR). Caroline was formerly a Director of At Home and was active in the Firm’s investments in Action and Grocery Outlet. Prior to H&F, she worked as an investment banking analyst in the Consumer Retail Group at Goldman Sachs.
