Meghan joined H&F in 2023 with a focus on procurement and supply chain initiatives that help drive the operational effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Meghan worked at Bain Capital as Head of Procurement, which included leading the internal procurement organization as well as portfolio procurement value creation. Prior to Bain Capital, she was a management consultant with Accenture. Meghan started her career at the Boeing Company where she worked in both supply chain and procurement on various commercial and defense programs and products. Meghan has procurement and supply chain experience across industry sectors.
