Lauren joined H&F in 2019. She is Senior Counsel, with a focus on funds. In this capacity, she assists with fund formation, fundraising, limited partner matters, general partner matters and other internal legal and compliance matters. Prior to H&F, Lauren was an associate at Hogan Lovells in Silicon Valley.
