Jessica joined H&F in 2022. She is the Assistant Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel. In this capacity, she partners with the firm’s CCO to advise on Firm compliance matters and other legal matters.  Prior to H&F, Jessica was an attorney at the SEC in San Francisco. Previously, she was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York.
