Ada joined H&F in 2025 as Director of People Operations. She partners closely with the Chief People Officer and the People Team to foster a culture of high performance, transparency, and employee engagement. With over twenty years of experience in human resources management, Ada brings deep expertise across multiple HR disciplines. Prior to H&F, she served as a strategic HR business partner at TCW, where she played a key role in building and scaling HR programs.
