Susan joined H&F in 2008. Prior to H&F, Susan was a researcher at Deloitte Consulting, marchFIRST (formerly Mitchell Madison) and California State Automobile Association in San Francisco and at Dillon Read in New York. Additionally, she had her own research business in Oakland.
