CarProof Corporation

In 2013, H&F made an investment in CarProof, a leading provider of vehicle history reports (“VHRs”) in Canada.  CarProof was founded in 2000 to increase transparency, trust, and efficiency in the purchase of used cars.    CarProof was sold to IHS in 2015.
