Formula One Holdings Limited

In 2000, H&F invested in Formula One, the holding company responsible for the commercial development and administration of the FIA Formula One Grand Prix Championship as well as annual Grand Prix races. In the same year, the Company was sold to EM.TV & Merchandising AG.
