Gaztransport & Technigaz S.A.S.

In 2008, H&F invested in Gaztransport & Techigaz (“GTT”), a highly-specialized French marine technology company that designed membrane containment systems for the maritime transportation and storage of liquefied natural gas. GTT completed its initial public offering on the Paris Euronext in 2014 and H&F fully exited its investment in 2015.
