In 2022, H&F made a minority investment in Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK). Splunk is a leading enterprise data platform for cybersecurity and observability solutions. Customers use Splunk to ingest data across increasingly complex and disparate IT environments to monitor and respond to Cybersecurity threats and IT and Developer requirements. Splunk was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc. in 2024.
