In 2010, H&F acquired Associated Materials, a vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of exterior residential building products in North America. Associated Materials distributed its products on a wholesale basis through an extensive dual distribution network located throughout the United States and Canada. Associated Materials was fully exited in 2020.
