In 2024, H&F made an investment in Baker Tilly, a leading US Advisory CPA firm, performing audit, tax and advisory services, and primarily serving middle market clients. Baker Tilly will operate under an alternative practice structure pursuant to which H&F will not have an equity interest in the audit and attest services business of Baker Tilly.
