Goodman Global, Inc.

In 2008, in a take-private transaction, H&F acquired Goodman Global, a leading domestic unit manufacturer and distributor of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products for residential and light commercial use. Goodman Global was sold to Daikin Industries, Ltd in 2012.
