Intergraph Corporation

In 2006, H&F co-led the acquisition of Intergraph, a leading provider of spatial information management software and services used by security organizations, businesses, and governments to turn vast amounts of complex data into visual representations, allowing for faster, more effective operational decisions. Intergraph was sold to Hexagon AB in 2010.
