In 2010, H&F co-led the acquisition of Sedgwick, a leading provider of innovative claims and productivity management solutions delivering cost-effective claims administration, medical management, risk consulting and related services to clients in the U.S. and Canada. H&F completed the sale of its investment in 2014.
