Snap One

In 2017, H&F acquired Snap One, a leading eCommerce provider in the connected home sector. The Company sells proprietary-branded audio/video (“AV”), security, networking, and automation products to residential and commercial AV dealers. These dealers sell, install, and integrate Snap One’s products for consumers as part of a custom home solution. SnapOne was acquired by Resideo Technologies in 2024.
